SWAT Team Leader Course
Course Length: 3 Days

Course Overview:
Designed for current, experienced, and aspiring SWAT and specialty unit team leaders, the SWAT Team Leader Course is an intensive 3-day course focused on developing and sharpening the critical leadership skills required in high-risk operational environments.
Participants will engage in realistic decision-making exercises, mission planning scenarios, and in-gear tactical training to enhance operational effectiveness and leadership under pressure. The course also covers essential topics such as risk mitigation, legal liability, selection and testing, and contemporary training strategies to help team leaders operate with confidence, clarity and accountability.
Through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises, attendees will leave with practical tools to better lead, train and manage tactical teams in today’s complex threat landscape.
SWAT K9 Integration Course and Certification
Course Length: 5 days
Delivery Format: Classroom instruction + hands-on field training
Target Audience: This course ensures that K9 teams are seamlessly incorporated into tactical units, enhancing overall mission effectiveness, safety, and operational readiness. It is not just for the handler and K9, but is designed for the entire tactical unit or team, and concludes with certification of successful participants.
Course Overview:
Tactical Action Group (TAG) offers a comprehensive five-day course designed to fully integrate K9 teams into tactical and specialty units. This program equips handlers, K9s, and the entire tactical unit with the skills necessary to operate effectively in high-risk environments while maintaining safety, control, and operational efficiency.
Instructed by experienced K9 handlers with real-world mission experience and activations, the course emphasizes practical, scenario-based training and covers every aspect of tactical K9 deployment, including socialization, tactical obedience, and search techniques. Participants learn advanced team movements, tactical tracking, arrest and leash techniques, and safe firearms handling in proximity to K9 partners.
Legal and operational standards are reinforced through instruction on case law, training standards, and operational best practices. Additional modules address environmental distractions, technology integration, and the effective use of K9s in complex operational settings.

Tactical Mission Planning & Scouting Course

Target Audience: This course focuses on pre-operational planning, scouting techniques, and real-time adaptability—critical capabilities for small-unit leaders, team operators, and support personnel in high-threat or time-sensitive missions.
Certification:
Successful participants receive a Tactical Mission Planning and Scouting Certificate of Completion.
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with small-unit tactics is recommended.
Law enforcement, security, or military experience preferred.
Course Overview:
The Tactical Mission Planning and Scouting Course equips participants with the skills and methodologies needed to successfully plan, coordinate, and execute tactical operations in complex and dynamic environments. Through a blend of operational theory, intelligence integration, and practical fieldwork, students learn how to develop actionable plans, conduct effective reconnaissance, and reduce mission risk through thorough preparation.
Emphasis on High-Risk warrant service, High-Risk arrests to include vehicle suppression or open-air techniques, and large venue events will be covered.
Key Learning Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Prepare and brief pre-planned missions utilizing SMEACCC (Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration, Command, Channel, Control)
Conduct mission analysis using the METT-TC (Mission, Enemy, Terrain, Troops, Time, and Civil Considerations) framework.
Develop concepts of operation (CONOPS), contingency plans, and decision points.
Integrate intelligence, reconnaissance data, and environmental assessments into operational planning.
Perform covert and overt scouting to gather actionable information.
Use maps, imagery, and digital tools for route planning, target study, and risk analysis.
Establish infiltration and exfiltration strategies based on terrain and threat conditions.
Communicate effectively within the planning cell and during mission execution.
Develop techniques for time-sensitive mission planning.
Establish briefing philosophies and strategies with consistency to ensure the transfer of information and mission understanding.

Female Advanced Tactics & Firearms
Course Length: 3 Days
Delivery Format: The course combines classroom instruction with hands-on, scenario-based training to reinforce practical skills. Participants will develop confidence and competence in arrest techniques, combatives, situational awareness, tactical searching, and firearms skill-building with both pistol and rifle platforms.
Target Audience: This course is designed to strengthen professional capabilities, enhance confidence in high-stress situations, and provide female officers with the tactical tools necessary for operational success.

Course Overview:
The Tactical Medicine Course prepares participants to deliver life-saving medical care in high-risk, dynamic, and potentially hostile environments. Designed in alignment with Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) philosophies, this course bridges the gap between standard prehospital care and the unique realities required in tactical operations.
Participants will learn to assess, stabilize, and evacuate casualties under fire, manage trauma in austere conditions, and integrate medical support seamlessly into tactical teams. The curriculum combines evidence-based medical protocols with scenario-driven exercises that replicate real-world operational stressors.

Small Unit Tactical Operations is a three-day advanced training program designed for Law Enforcement officers, Detective Units, and Specialty Teams such as Drug Task Forces (DTFs) and Apprehension Groups engaged in high-risk, team-based operations. The course prepares personnel to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute missions including open-air arrests, vehicle suppressions, and warrant-service operations while emphasizing safety, communication, and structured decision-making.
Participants will develop the skills necessary for tactical planning, scouting, team integration, risk mitigation, and safe resolution of complex operations. Instruction focuses on leadership, coordination, and problem-solving within small units operating in dynamic environments.

The Ballistic Shield Skill Builder (BSSB) course is designed to enhance the proficiency, confidence, and tactical effectiveness of law enforcement officers in the deployment and use of ballistic shields. Through a blend of classroom instruction, practical drills (including live-fire range exercises), and scenario-based training, participants will develop the skills necessary to maximize shield use while maintaining mobility, situational awareness, and team coordination.
Officers will refine their ability to integrate the shield into various operational contexts, from high-risk entries to active threat response, while reinforcing proper weapon manipulation, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
Key Learning Objectives:
Understand ballistic shield capabilities, limitations, and proper maintenance.
Employ effective stance, positioning, and movement techniques to maintain maximum positioning.
Integrate ballistic shield operations with firearms, less-lethal tools, and communication strategies.
